My research is focused on control systems, robotics, and mechatronics. I have been involved in a number of research projects, including haptic medical devices, human machine interfaces for heavy equipment, automated garment manufacturing, and control of large systems with limited inputs. The latter two made up the research for my Master’s thesis and dissertation. My current research is in model mediated teleoperation of space robots for satellite repair. The research is sponsored by DARPA as part of the Phoenix project.
